A cross-disciplinary problem solver, Sprocket is one of few, vertically integrated design and construction management firms in the country. Work encompasses all phases of project execution including land planning, architecture, and engineering through construction and operations.
Since inception, Sprocket has designed and/or built over 200 projects tackling various urban and suburban land-use problems of various scales. Types range from retail and office, to multi-family projects such as student housing and hotels. Additionally, Sprocket has designed and implemented in excess of 400 different dwelling-unit types with extensive experience in for-sale and for-rent multifamily projects.
Focusing on solving specialized problems allows Sprocket to capitalize on architectural opportunities and create buildings that complement each user, elevating the building to a level above execution of simple types. In concert with challenging design principals, projects are approached with the examination of external factors that contribute to the outcome including resource and energy use, as well as efficiency of construction and life-cycle costs.
